To initiate a return:
- Email us at hello@getundim.com with your order number
- We will provide return instructions within 24 hours
- Ship the product back to us (opened or unopened)
- Once we receive the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method

- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer
- Refunds do not include original shipping charges
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery date
